This is the second page of my Boisi ideation.

If you were thinking about playing around with them here's a little bio:

The Boisi used to be a race that invaded tens of thousands of species to steal their technology. They gained a foothold through a special guerrila tactic called "Glamour." They would lure a member of the species they wanted to invade to one of their bases, imprision them in suspended animation, and use Glamour to assume their identity, memories and all. Then, when enough Boisi had a foothold on a paricular world, they would take over that government and send all relevant technologies back to the Boisi homeworld, all while still using Glamour. Eventually, the conquered races would revolt, the Boisi would incite infighting, and leave the conquered to eliminate themselves. They are not particulary violent but not unable to defend themselves if needed.
